• To prepare customized proposals and presentations for providing strategy and solutions to clients in consultation with operations team
• To manage quality and timelines of regular & ad-hoc client deliverables
• To grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed client's expectations
• To analyse data and make its interpretation
• To maintain client’s database and sharing weekly MIS & project progress reports with client & Internal teams
• To be the SPOC for clients and aligning internal teams with the clients requirement by transferring the client brief efficiently
• To be able to understand clients creative brief & marketing requirement and translate it into the brief and liaising with creative & tech team and deliver the project meeting the deadline.
• To ensure liaising between client’s sales and marketing teams, internal operations team, technical team, creative team and vendors
• Should have proactive thinking and ability to map client competition
Academic & Trades Qualifications
Graduate. MBA (full-time/Part -time) in sales and marketing from a tier-2 or tier-3 B-School
|3 - 5 Years
|3 Lac To 6 Lac P.A.
|Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller
|Professional Degree, Other Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
|3 – 5years of experience in client servicing account management/BTL Activations/ Creative agency/Main Line Good understanding of designs & creative Good in Excel & PowerPoint Experience in sales and marketing/Creative agency/BTL agency Client Servicing Manager
