Job Responsibility:
Plot and Villa Sales experience is must.
Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs & requirement, show property to the clients & provide them with information about the features & benefits of the project.
Determine client’s needs & financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
He will have to report at site office.
Qualification and Skills:
MBA/Marketing Degree
Proven experience as a real estate Sales Manager
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and legal requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Outstanding negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable deals
