Job Responsibilities
• Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget,
scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging,
and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling Sales team and distributors, building
and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan for Area Sales managers, Sales
Executives and Distributors in support of Regional objectives
• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information
and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Responsible for Market Penetration and Market expansion in different basis.

Qualification PG in any stream
Experience Minimum 4 Years’ Experience in Regional Sales Manager Role and Total 10 Years Total

Language Known English, Hindi, Tamil. other local languages added advantage
