Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the preparation of the annual revenue and capital budgets, monitoring of financial performance and completion of the annual accounts.
• Drive the company’s financial planning
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
• Supervise all finance personnel
• Manage and retain vendor and mills relationships
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Present recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Responsible for all taxations and returns
• Responsible for Budget, projections and cash flow – review monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Responsible for team building and training of finance team
• Perform other related duties as necessary to close the loop or assigned time to time.
