Identifying obstacles in the path of full & free development of staff potential and advice the management on relevant strategies to deal with them
Compensation benchmarking and supervising payroll
Co coordinating with consultants for statutory compliances
Monitoring other departmental activities such as employee mediclaim policy, HRMIS, departmental report generation and analysis etc.
