This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development- Electrical Engineer located in Mumbai. As a Business Development- Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying opportunities in the electrical engineering sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies, establish and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Your role will involve conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Should have sufficient updated knowledge of Switchgears, Automation, SCADA and Relays.
Proven experience of 4-5 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the electrical engineering industry
Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
